Canzeco Corp. is a software company headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The company designs and operates AI-native software products for the hospitality and lifestyle industry across Latin America. Founded by Pato Canzeco and operated as an independent studio, Canzeco develops and maintains a portfolio of consumer and business applications under shared technical and design infrastructure.Mesita is the first product developed and operated by Canzeco. It consists of a mobile application for guests and a web platform for venues, serving restaurants, cafés, bars, and nightlife establishments. The product combines three functions: a venue intelligence engine that aggregates data on every venue in a given city, an AI-powered reservation agent that books tables on behalf of guests, and a cashback system that returns a percentage of the bill to guests who pay through the app. Mesita segments guests by social influence and spending behavior, allowing venues to configure promotions and rewards targeted at specific customer profiles.
